What to send

The quickest route to a useful answer is a photograph. One wide shot of the space and one close-up of whatever is worrying you, plus your postcode and roughly what you're hoping to do. That's usually enough for Emanuel to tell you what's involved, roughly what it costs and whether it needs a site visit.

If you'd rather write it out, the form does the same job.

Working with us

We are always interested in hearing from trades, specialist firms and contractors who want steady work in West London. Tell us what you do, the area you cover and the kind of jobs you are after, and we will keep you on file properly rather than losing the message.

The same applies the other way round: if you are a main contractor, managing agent or developer who needs a reliable firm in W10 and the surrounding boroughs, we would rather have the conversation before you need us than during a crisis.
