Thirty-one years of building means we buy well, and we pass some of that on. The counter at our W10 yard carries the consumables we use every day, plus Estremoz marble direct from Portugal.

Silicone and sealants — the grades we actually use on site, not the ones with the best packaging.
Estremoz marble — slabs and cut pieces, direct from the quarry region in Portugal.
Adhesives, grouts and sundries — tile adhesive, grout, fixings and site consumables.
Trade prices for builders, tilers and fit-out contractors; walk-ins welcome.

Marble supply

Estremoz marble, direct from Portugal

We buy marble direct from the Estremoz region and hold slabs and cut pieces at the yard, so you are not paying a merchant’s margin on top of ours.

Slabs and cut pieces. Worktops, thresholds, sills and vanity tops, cut to your sizes or supplied whole.

Trade pricing. Builders, tilers and fit-out contractors buy at the same price we do, without a merchant in between.

Sealants and consumables. The silicones, adhesives, grouts and fixings we use on site every day, on the shelf.

Because we buy it every week anyway.

Half the quotes we give are shaped by how material and spoil get in and out. Owning the plant means we can price a job realistically instead of adding a contingency for somebody else's hire schedule — and when we are not using it, you can.
