A full refurbishment of a flat inside The Grampians, taking a tired apartment back to a clean, lettable, hard-wearing finish without stripping out the things that make the building what it is.
The original parquet was retained and brought back rather than replaced, and the Crittall windows and their reveals repaired and redecorated. Everything that had reached the end of its life — kitchen, bathroom, decoration, floor finishes in the wet areas — was renewed.
