Emanuel was appointed by Minotti Kitchens to carry out the complete refurbishment of a former bank on Eastcastle Street, turning the ground floor and basement into a high-end kitchen showroom.
We took the project from the initial strip-out right through to completion — all building works, plumbing, electrical installation, painting and decorating, flooring, lighting and the kitchen installation itself. One contractor, start to finish.
The ground floor went first. The existing bank interior was stripped back and completely reconfigured to create a modern showroom suitable for displaying luxury kitchens — which means getting the shell, the services and above all the lighting right before a single unit arrives.
Our works included the installation and alteration of electrical systems, specialist showroom lighting, plumbing and associated services, wall and ceiling works, plastering, painting and decorating, flooring and final finishing.

With the ground floor complete, we were instructed to refurbish the basement as a second phase — further strip-out and alterations, electrical and plumbing works, ceiling and wall construction, flooring, decorating and preparation for the additional kitchen installations and displays below.
