Shepherd's Bush, W12
A three bedroom house reconfigured into three independent homes with a rear extension, separate water, gas and electrical services for each — and the neighbour's loft converted on the same programme so both owners shared the cost.
Macfarlane Road, White City W12
The property supported while we excavated fifteen metres by five, three metres deep, beneath it. The new basement was built into the layout to form flats across two levels, with a full loft conversion above and separate services throughout.
Maida Vale, W9
Both homeowners extended together, which let us share site setup, labour, materials and deliveries across the two houses and reduce the cost for both. One of the properties was then refurbished throughout, and both gardens landscaped.
Fulham Road, SW10
A full commercial fit-out across ground floor and basement. When the client was unhappy with flooring installed by another contractor, we were called back, agreed a different approach and laid Portuguese tiles throughout.
Providence Villas, Shepherd's Bush W12
A whole house rebuilt for a developer we work with repeatedly. A basement dug and built from scratch, the attic converted with roof alterations, the kitchen brought down from the first floor, and a bespoke oak staircase running from the attic to the new basement.
Trafalgar Square, WC2
Converted from former offices, it had the floor area and none of the layout. We redesigned the plan directly with the client, removed the hallway that was wasting it, rebuilt both bathrooms and found a fourth double bedroom inside the living space.
Eastcastle Street, Fitzrovia W1
Strip-out to final fit-out across ground floor and basement, delivered in two phases. Bespoke illuminated feature columns formed on site, specialist showroom lighting, and every trade under one contract.
The Grampians, Hammersmith W6
Entrance porches, rear stairwells, external decoration and planting across a 1935 art deco mansion block — repaired and redecorated sympathetically, alongside refurbishments of individual flats inside it.

New kitchen, new bathroom and redecoration throughout, while the original parquet and the Crittall windows were repaired and brought back rather than replaced.
