A top-floor flat at The Grampians with its own internal stair and windows opening onto the roof — which makes it one of the better views in Hammersmith, and one of the more awkward flats in the block to work in.
The work covered internal refurbishment and the external redecoration of the Crittall windows at roof level, along with repairs to cracked plaster and window reveals where ninety years of movement and weather had taken their toll.
